Terms and Conditions

* Event tickets can only be purchased through Ticketbox platforms (Ticketbox website and app).

* 1 (ONE) ticket is valid for 1 (ONE) person for 1 (ONE) entry into the event area.

* Each account is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets.

* Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and NON-EDITABLE under any circumstances.

* Please do not purchase tickets from any other sources to avoid the risk of counterfeit or fraudulent tickets. The Organizer is not responsible for resolving such cases.

* Ticket purchasers are responsible for keeping their e-tickets safe. The Organizer will not resolve cases where more than 1 person checks in with 1 e-ticket. According to regulations, the Organizer will only allow the rightful owner of the e-ticket, as per the information declared on Ticketbox, to attend the event.

* Please ensure you are able to present your e-ticket upon request at any time.
